Yes, we require a minimum weight (usually around 5–7 kg) for free pickup and delivery. Details will be shown during the booking process.

Your satisfaction and peace of mind are important to us. In the rare case of loss or damage, we offer reimbursement up to the full value of the item, capped at $1,000 per order.
