You are responsible for being available at the scheduled pickup and drop-off times.
4. Garment Handling & Liability

We use professional cleaning processes and treat your garments with care.

We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, shrinkage, color fading, or damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g. loose seams, missing buttons).

In the rare event of damage or loss, our liability is limited to five (5) times the charge for cleaning the affected item or the fair value of the item, whichever is lower.
5. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payment is due at the time of order or upon delivery unless prior arrangements have been made.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with or without notice.
6. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled pickup time.

Refunds will be issued only in cases where we fail to deliver the service as agreed, and after an internal review.

No refunds for services already rendered.

Ensure that garments left for cleaning are properly identified and do not contain personal belongings.
